Church members and local volunteers gathered in the Church’s Naperville location for the charitable event. 250 volunteers participated in the blood drive, donating over 200 pints of blood. Moreover, with each donation potentially saving up to three lives, the collective effort has made a significant impact on the lives of many. From aiding cancer patients to supporting premature babies, the contributions of the WMSCOG and its volunteers resonate deeply within communities worldwide.

Furthermore, Versiti Blood Center of Illinois’ Regional Director, Ezekiel Trevino, presented the Certificate of Appreciation. This acknowledges the longstanding partnership between Versiti and the World Mission Society Church of God.

In addition, Trevino stated, “Our mission statement here is to change the world one blood donation at a time. Each donation changes the direction of someone’s life. We thank the World Mission Society Church of God for allowing us to fulfill our promise.” Also, Dr. Glenn Wood, Superintendent of Plainfield School District 202 attended the event. He affirmed the importance of community collaboration for this precious cause.

The Bible testifies to the gift of eternal spiritual life through the New Covenant Passover. Members of the WMSCOG take pride in sharing the love of God. One way is by giving the gift of physical life through blood donation and volunteer services. The Passover blood drive serves as a testament to the World Mission Society Church of God’s unwavering commitment to humanitarianism and its dedication to making a difference in the lives of those in need.
